Position We are currently seeking a Trade Compliance Documentation Specialist, who will play a key role in ensuring accurate verification and management of all import/export documentation required for international shipments. The position supports global trade operations by guaranteeing compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, company procedures, and customer-specific requests.
Review import and export shipping documentation - Verify the accuracy and completeness of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, transport documents, and customs-related documentation - Ensure compliance of shipping documents with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and customer specifications - Support customs clearance activities by providing accurate and timely documentation. - Manage and archive trade documentation according to company policies and regulatory requirements - Verify consistency between purchase orders, shipping documents, and customs declarations - Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies that could impact transportation, customs clearance, or customer deliveries - Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing logistics and trade documentation processes - Stay updated on international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs requirements, and transportation standards - Collaborate with Logis
