Overview
For our Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function we are looking for an Integrated Business Planning Application Coordinator to join the Integrated Planning Team based at our HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
The resource will be responsible for the governance, management, and continuous evolution of the Board platform supporting enterprise planning processes, including financial, sales, collection, distribution planning, and cross-channel reporting.
The role will act as the primary IT point of contact for Board solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective, high-quality applications.
In particular, the Integrated Business Planning Application Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions on the Board platform.
- Design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Board applications supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Manage the application lifecycle, including roadmap planning, continuous enhancements, production releases,



and functional and technical documentation.
- Coordinate system integrators and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality and budget objectives.
- Lead testing activities (SIT, E2E, and UAT) and manage incident resolution, problem management, and troubleshooting to ensure service continuity.
- Partner with Finance, Planning, Merchandising, and Business Operations teams to support business initiatives, digital transformation projects, user training, and post-go-live support.

Qualification
Who We Are Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in the implementation, development, and support of Board or other enterprise planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan, O9, RPAS)
- Strong knowledge of enterprise planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting,
