As an electrician or mechatronics technician, you are the backbone of this production. When machines stop, you bring them back to life. Your work directly affects how many vehicles leave the factory – and therefore how quickly we, together, reach a cleaner future.
Important – Relocation required: This position is based on-site at our Gigafactory in Grünheide, near Berlin, Germany. Relocation to the Berlin / Grünheide area is a requirement for this role. To make your move as smooth as possible, Tesla offers a partial financial relocation allowance as well as practical support with the organisation of your move.

COMPENSATION & PROTECTION
- 30 paid vacation days per year, in addition to public holidays
- Company pension scheme: Tesla contributes 4% of your base salary, your own contribution is only 2%
