and quality control of all digital stores personalization initiatives across the digital customer journey to improve customer experience, conversion and commercial performances.* Strategy & Test Coordination: partnering with Digital Store, Content, and A/B testing teams (locally and internationally) to build and coordinate personalization calendars and tailored customer experiences.* Scaling Tests & Uniqodo voucher promotion support: transitioning successful tests into daily operations supporting the Retention team with the Uniqodo platform to plan and deploy onsite voucher campaigns based on web promos or customer behavior.* Homepage & App Optimization: collaborating with the Store Programming and Trading teams to design personalization strategies for key pages (Homepage, Category pages, etc., and the App) to drive sales and category goals.* Segment & Platform Relevance: ensuring high-value, personalized
