Offerta
- Develop new business opportunities with medium‐large and industrial companies.
- Promote corporate mobility services, including home‐to‐work transport and dedicated employee shuttles.
- Manage prospecting activities and open new client accounts.
- Engage with HR, Fleet Managers, Procurement, and other key decision makers.
- Understand client needs and propose high‐value personalised solutions.
- Handle the full sales cycle, from opportunity generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with the internal team to define commercial offers.
- Maintain a constant presence in the territory and build long‐term relationships with clients and prospects.





Competenze ed esperienzaA successful Sales Corporate Mobility B2B should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B commercial roles with business development and new client acquisition responsibilities.
- A hunter mindset, strong orientation to opportunity generation and overall sales cycle management.
- Experience selling high‐value services to structured organisations.
- Ability to interface with HR Managers, Fleet Managers, Procurement, and Operations Directors.
- Consultative attitude and capability to translate client organisational needs into concrete solutions.
- Autonomous territory and commercial activity management.
- Excellent relational, communicative and negotiation skills.
- Strong results orientation and ability to operate in dynamic growth environments.
