PositionWe are looking for a Validation Engineer with experience in the pharmaceutical sector to join a highly qualified team.
Responsibilities
- Execute Installation Qualification (IQ) and Design Qualification (DQ) activities.
- Conduct validation of sterilization ovens, depirogen agents, filling lines, sterile preparation and filtration systems, lyophilisation systems, HVAC and Clean Rooms, Clean Utilities (PW, WFI,



Pure Steam, Gas processors), isolators, climate chambers, incubators, and SCADA monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in international contexts.
- Follow the full validation cycle according to European and international cGMP regulations.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical validation.
- Solid technical skills in qualification and validation activities.
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial Chemistry, or Industrial Technician Diploma with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Willingness to travel internationally (~150 days per year).
- Residence near Setta for easy commute.
- Plus: experience in thermal validation (autoclaves); proficiency with European instruments for calibration and validation.
