Your mission
- Be accountable for mechanical designs within the scope of low voltage switchgear assemblies
- Contribute to the development of new products, components, and systems, as well as the improvement of existing solutions
- Translate technical requirements into feasible mechanical designs following defined design guidelines and methodologies
- Take ownership of your design results and review designs from peers
- Support and run smaller (sub) projects within the R&D; environment
- Analyze quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Monitor development outcomes regarding technical performance, cost, and timing targets
- Support the creation of assembly guidelines and technical documentation
- Work independently with general supervision, contributing your expertise to complex technical challenges
