Tax Director - National Tax Office (JD Required) Show compensation
In this role you will support complex federal income tax matters for partnerships, LLCs, and M&A; structures within EisnerAmper's Tax Group. You'll work with cross-functional teams to analyze issues, draft client communications, and develop firm-wide tax alerts and trainings. The position offers visibility into a large, merit-based firm with a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance. You will help reduce filing turnarounds and contribute to impactful business advisory work.

Research and analyze federal income tax issues related to accounting methods, partnerships, and LLCs




Assist with M&A; tax structuring and internal restructuring
Draft emails and memos for clients and colleagues
Draft firm-wide alerts on current tax developments
Assist with firm-wide trainings
20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
Experience in national tax office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships
Strong experience with accounting methods and LLC/partnership tax issues (allocations, liabilities, capital shifts, continuations, divisions, profits interests)
Excellent drafting skills for emails and memos
