As we expand our international footprint, we are strengthening our project execution capabilities and are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead full-scope EPC projects from development through commissioning and handover. Role Overview Location: Milan based with frequent travels, globally Reports to: Chief Operating Officer The Project Director will be fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex utility-scale energy projects executed under EPC or multi-contract structures.
This role requires a senior professional with a strong EPC background who has successfully led projects from permitting and detailed engineering through construction, commissioning, and final handover. The Project Director will lead cross-functional teams and manage all key subcontractors across engineering disciplines, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. This role is critical in projects where Energy Dome is not only supervising site activities but directly responsible for full EPC execution. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Accountability Assume full P&L; responsibility for assigned projects. Lead projects from permitting and pre-construction through commissioning and handover. Ensure alignment between development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Act as the primary escalation point for all project-related matters. Engineering & Te
