Tax Controversy Senior Associate - National Tax Office (JD Required) Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will contribute to a growing tax practice by supporting IRS examinations and related procedures, conducting in‐depth federal tax research, and drafting memoranda. You will collaborate with a national tax team to deliver innovative solutions while balancing work‐life commitments in a merit‐based environment. Assist with IRS examinations and appeals, including responses to IDRs,



Notices of Proposed Adjustments and preparation of protests
Prepare penalty abatement requests and relief requests for missed elections
Manage collection matters including Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise and Collection Due Process Hearings
Perform tax research and draft tax memoranda on a broad range of federal tax issues
Contact the IRS Service Center and correspond on tax account issues
Assist with training programs and thought leadership publications
