RESPONSIBILITIES
- IT Service Desk Support: Assist in handling user non standard requests (incidents and service requests), including classification, prioritization, and follow‐up.
- IT Service Monitoring: Support daily system checks, KPI tracking, and SLA verification.
- Technical Documentation: Support our external consultants to create internal procedures, knowledge base articles, and operational guides.
- Process Improvement:

Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing ITSM workflows.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving mindset.
- Good communication skills and a service‐oriented attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
