Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, while maintaining flexibility to support broader EMEA countries.
- Deliver a wide range of HR services in a customer‐focused, responsive, and professional manner.
- Manage end‐to‐end HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment,



onboarding, employment contracts, benefits administration, payroll‐related processes, and offboarding activities.
- Maintain, update, and audit employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Support HR operations by preparing and maintaining required documentation, reports, records, and employee correspondence.
- Apply in‐depth knowledge of Italian employment legislation and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and HR processes.
- Ensure adherence to local legal requirements and relevant international regulations across supported countries.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, recommend enhancements, and support system optimisation initiatives that enable business growth and scalability.
- Coordinate and monitor immigration‐related processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion of required documentation.
