Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the assigned zone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and sales initiatives tailored to the regions.
- Coordinate with other functional departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize sales performance while maintaining cost control.
- Implement effective training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for senior management,
providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and vision while nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager / Area Manager / District Manager.
- Preferably with a degree in engineering or economics.
- Strong knowledge of automotive technology.
- Strong passion for automotive sector.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adapt at self-motivation and rapid adaptation in the working environment
