Business Development Manager based in Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, Riccione. You will report to the Sales Lead and focus on developing new relationships with restaurants and stores. Map, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across your region in an organized fashion. Become an area‐level expert on up‐and‐coming restaurants and what customers crave most.
Support partners in joining Deliveroo by providing the best experience.
Communicate with restaurants via physical visits, email, calls, or social media to demonstrate Deliveroo technology.
Help restaurant owners/managers overcome any barriers or hesitations.
Attend restaurant and food meet‐ups.
Comfortable with targeting new business and has sales experience.
Confidence or experience dealing with partners/customers face‐to‐face, by phone or by email.
Experience demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients.
Comfortable with negotiations.
Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus.

National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario.
The total target compensation (OTE) for this role is €35,200 – €44,000 gross per year, with base salary range €17,200 – €26,000. The starting pay falls within this range and is determined by job‐related factors. This position is not eligible for equity/RSU grant. Benefits will be discussed during interview.
