Support NPI and prototype builds end to end, from R&D; handover to first serial ramp, keeping the master plan, risks, and actions up to d
- ate.Coordinate the R&D;‑to‑Operations handover: collect drawings and specs, verify routings, work centers and tooling lists,



and ensure product configuration is clear for product
- ion.Supervise Bill of Mater ials readiness in ERP (D3
- 65).Make sure work orders for prototypes and pilot builds are created, released, and sequenced on time, tracking lead times and raising constraints with Planning, Purchasing, and Product
- ion.Prepare build books and standard work for pilots and first‑offs, capture deviations and lessons learned, and feed them back into upda
- tes.Track capex and supplier deliverables for equipment, jigs, fixtures and gauges, including FAT/SAT dates and documentat
- ion.Keep the register of improvement projects for the area, with KPIs, owners, and due da
- tes.Maintain clean data: routings, cycle times, scrap codes, tooling life, and ECN sta
