Administration Manager | Industrial Manufacturing | Northern Italy We're partnering with a well-established international industrial manufacturing group to appoint an experienced Administration Manager . This is a key finance leadership role reporting directly to the Group CFO, offering the opportunity to oversee the administrative, accounting and financial operations of a manufacturing business while working closely with the wider group finance function.
Key Responsibilities Lead the administration, accounting and tax function through to the preparation of statutory financial statements.
Oversee the financial reporting of subsidiary entities.
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements at Group level.
Manage operational treasury activities, including cash pooling.
Build, coach and develop a small finance team.
Act as the primary contact for external auditors, statutory auditors and other external stakeholders.
About You Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
10-15 years' experience in senior finance, accounting or administration roles within complex industrial businesses.
Background in a leading audit firm.
Experience working within international group structures and consolidated reporting.
Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS.
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics advantageous) and business intelligence tools.
Advanced Excel skills.
Fluent English.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Previous experience within industrial or manufacturing businesses.
Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving organisations.
Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Package Location: Northern Italy (on-site).
Salary: €80,000-€90,000 base.
