Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist to support our projects in Reggello
You will be responsible for:
Increase sales by proactively seeking new customers
Conducting business negotiations with customers
Preparation of commercial offers
Preparation and approval of contracts
Acceptance orders
Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers
Maintaining reporting documentation
Managing Internal CRM tools
About you Education : Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or related to Business Development or Life Science field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology)
Experience in similar roles in the Pharmaceutical Environment/Cconsultancy Services will be a plus
Availability to travel
Business Development mentality : Highly motivated,
open-minded, organized mindset, enthusiastic, result oriented and a team player, able to work under pressure and stay resilient
Fluent in English
What we offer Fixed term contract under the CCNL Commercio
Gross annual salary of: €23,000+commission premio
Travel allowance for client visits, including same-day trips
Meal vouchers
Expenses for client visits will be fully reimbursed
