Hilti Italia is seeking a Customer Advocate for the ONTrack program to be the first line of support, help users maximize value, and contribute to knowledge content. You will work with Senior Advocates, Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into meaningful improvements.
The role emphasizes frontline assistance, knowledge management, and continuous learning to strengthen our global support ecosystem. Flexible smart-working up to 50% is provided.
