Senior Clinical Project Manager (Renal, Obesity, MASH) - Global Study Leadership
As Senior Project Manager in Global Study Leadership, you drive strategic delivery of complex, multi-regional clinical trials. You partner with sponsors and cross-functional teams to meet timelines, budgets and regulatory goals, shaping study outcomes across renal, obesity and MASH programs. You'll lead diverse teams, manage risks, and ensure quality while advancing patient outcomes through innovative study delivery. Lead delivery of complex global and multi-regional studies, driving operational excellence and successful outcomes
Serve as primary strategic partner for sponsors, providing leadership and innovative solutions
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams across regions
Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks and financial performance




Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, decision‐making and stakeholder alignment
Ensure studies comply with ICH‐GCP, regulatory requirements and contractual commitments
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or related field
7+ years of clinical research experience with global or multi-regional trials
Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH global studies (strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH‐GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
Proven success in leading cross‐functional teams and managing study delivery (timelines, budgets, quality, risks)
Demonstrated ability to build trusted sponsor relationships and manage senior stakeholders
Exceptional leadership, communication, problem‐solving and decision‐making skills
Passion for advancing clinical research and patient outcomes
