Joynalist, a B2B SaaS startup incubated by Atex, seeks a Head of Marketing & Growth to own GTM and demand generation from day one.
This first marketing hire will craft positioning, build the outbound engine, and close initial deals, with meaningful equity as a co-founder. You will shape product direction and marketing from the ground up.
The role is fully remote with weekly in-person meetups in Bologna or Milan; 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing and ICP-focused growth are required.
