We are looking for a passionate, service-driven, and highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and coordinating the restaurant team in alignment with Reschio's philosophy, service standards and operational procedures. Main responsibilities
Lead by example through active involvement in daily lunch and dinner service, maintaining a hands‐on and proactive presence on the floor.
Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that consistently exceeds expectations, supporting the management of VIP guests and special requests in coordination with the Restaurant Manager.
Supervise, support, motivate and train the restaurant team, assisting the Restaurant Manager with staff scheduling, onboarding of new team members, and ongoing performance feedback.
Act as a point of reference for the team during service, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision‐making in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
Coordinate smooth communication and collaboration between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams, in line with Reschio procedures.
Handle guest feedback, requests, and special requirements with professionalism, discretion, and care, reporting recurring issues or improvement opportunities to the Restaurant Manager.
