Natuzzi is seeking an HR Business Partner for Retail, based on-site at our HQ in Santeramo in Colle (Bari), Italy. The role covers the full employee life cycle for Stores across Europe and APAC, in alignment with HR CoE and corporate guidelines.
The ideal candidate has 4–5 years' HR experience, strong retail exposure, excellent English, and proven ability to onboard, engage, and develop teams. Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Office is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.
