Join our team as Product Manager from our headquarters' offices in Brugine (Padua), and remotely from home. We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager - Inverter to join our team focused on Platform Flow Control . The Product Manager will provide for collecting and managing market requirements ,



analysing competitor's products and contributing to define the roadmap for new products . In collaboration with the Product Management team, the Product Manager will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of a product line and leverage continuous innovation to improve Quality , Cost and Delivery performances of the product.
It requires passion for creating best in class solutions and a strong vision for the product as well as a high level of flexibility, proactivity and time management skills.
Curious and passionate with electromechanical disciplines (STEM Degree is a plus)
Conscious on how HVAC/R units will impact on the Environment
Highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment
An ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges.
Solid communications skills in English, both written and verbal, including the ability to create a
