Omnis Servizi Alberghieri cerca un HR Generalist da inserire nel attuale Team HR. Il ruolo risponde al Responsabile Operativo per la gestione HR e al Responsabile Amministrativo per l’amministrazione HR.
La persona sarà ambivalente tra selezione e amministrazione, con responsabilità di recruiting end-to-end, onboarding, gestione presenze e pratiche documentali, mantenendo SLA e periodi di cut-off. Richiesta almeno 2 anni di esperienza, preferibile in agenzia per il lavoro, conoscenza CCNL
