Nestlé Purina Italy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the start-up and growth of a new production site in Mantova. You will lead recruitment and workforce planning during ramp-up, align people initiatives with operational priorities and manage lifecycle HR activities.
As the site grows, you’ll become the main HR reference, handling employee relations, performance, development and engagement while collaborating with leadership.
