Job Summary We're hiring a high-impact, results-driven sales leader to drive growth in the Tuscany & Emilia-Romagna regions within the Italian IVD market (ideally based in Emilia-Romagna). In this role, you will accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong, strategic customer partnerships across the diagnostics landscape.



You will play a key role in shaping and executing commercial strategy, leveraging a data-driven, KPI-focused approach to deliver measurable business results in a highly competitive environment. This position requires a strong blend of scientific understanding, commercial acumen, and leadership capability. Key Duties Drive sustainable revenue growth across the Italian IVD market Develop and execute high-impact commercial strategies to expand market share Identify and unlock new business opportunities while growing key accounts Leverage CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking Deliver accurate, data-driven business insights and reporting Proactively initiate strategic initiatives to accelerate market penetration and optimize commercial effectiveness Motivate and empower a small sales team to consistently exceed targets (where applicable) Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven sales xrdztoy su
