Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking an ambitious Operator to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a SME as Chief Executive Officer. You will drive the full CEO scope from deal pursuit to post-acquisition leadership, backed by an experienced investment team and a structured OLBO program.
This is a high-responsibility track with meaningful equity upside, a multi-year pathway to ownership, and a rigorous selection process including interviews, assessments and a September 2026 final review.
