General Description Of The Role
As Global Intelligent Automation Sr. Specialist at Campari Group, you will contribute to the evolution of the company’s Intelligent Automation capabilities, supporting global business transformation through process optimization, automation delivery and data-driven improvement. The resource will be part of the T&S; (Technology & Services) department and will report to the Global Intelligent Automation Manager.
The mission of this role is to leverage Intelligent Automation technologies — including LCAP, RPA, process mining and AI — to improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of business operations across global functions and markets. The Global Intelligent Automation Sr. Specialist will support the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives, helping identify opportunities, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and contribute to shaping a scalable, reliable and value-oriented Intelligent Automation program. The role requires a combination of project/program management capabilities, solid technical understanding, stakeholder engagement and a continuous improvement mindset. Strong hands‑on experience with automation, low‑code platforms, integrations or process mining is considered a significant plus.
