What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent support to Dutch-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Deliver clear and professional solutions with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Work closely with an international team to maintain high service standards.
- Contribute to improved communication and support ongoing process enhancements.
What We're Looking For:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and solid problem‐solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.
- Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
