Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is seeking a Local People & Culture Business Partner for Italy and Spain, preferably based in Italy, with a hybrid work model. You will report to the Regional Senior People & Culture Manager and drive HR initiatives across both markets.
You'll manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure local employment law compliance, and collaborate with payroll, legal advisors and external providers to support operations.
