Si assicuri di aver compreso tutte le responsabilità e i compiti associati a questo ruolo prima di procedere.We are seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, cross‐functional collaboration, and the ability to manage risks, resources, and timelines to achieve program success.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
- Co‐ordination and control of overall project tasks
- I/F with customer
- Sub‐contractors management
- Project and Management Plan preparation (Schedule and costs control, Progress Reporting and control)
- Risk management and corrective actions implementation
- Risk Assessment Report and Register preparation and maintenance
- Change Request Management




- Co‐ordination of Configuration and Documentation activity
- Support to Procurement for suppliers management
- Reviews & meetings planning, preparation and attendance

YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROGRAM MANAGER
- University degree in technical fields
- Mechanical background is considered as a preference
- 2 years experience in a technical role
- 2 years experience in Program Management
- Strong problem‐solving xivgfpx attitude
- Ability to work in multi‐disciplinary, multi‐language, multi‐cultural team
- Good knowledge of the English language both read and spoken
- Desire to continue professional growth and development

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Contract: permanent
- Working time: tempo pieno, hybrid as per the internal policy
- Annual compensation: 50.000€ - 60.000€, based on the candidate's experience
