The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an IT Service Management Intern to support the IT Infrastructure Specialist in daily operations, data collection, user support, and system setup as we transition from legacy systems to new platforms.
You will help ensure data accuracy, provide end-user assistance, configure devices, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep IT services running smoothly during the transformation.
