We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable, high-performance systems in collaboration with product and data teams.
What you'll do at Mistplay:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend and frontend code to support MAF's core products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data,



Design) to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to engineering best practices.
- Champion performance and reliability by proactively identifying bottlenecks, driving root-cause analysis, and delivering scalable, resilient improvements.
- Shape the platform's technical direction by contributing to architectural decisions, setting engineering standards, and promoting best practices that enable sustainable growth.
- Raise the bar for engineering excellence through thoughtful code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship, helping junior engineers grow while safeguarding quality and maintainability.
