Mission: Identify, create, and capture digital opportunities across Industrial AI, Cybersecurity, IoT, and Digital Twin, engaging key customers and positioning Siemens as a trusted partner.
Affecting Impact
- Promote industrial products and solutions within customers' automation architecture design and development.
- Present product features during pre‐sales.
- Support OEMs, system integrators, and distributors.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and business development teams on technical promotion of automation solutions.
- Deliver trainings, presentations, and technical workshops.
- Influence key stakeholders and decision‐makers.
- Provide insights into customers' innovation processes.




- Build deep knowledge of the industrial market and competitors.

Core Requirements
- Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or consultancy within industrial sectors.
- Strong background in value‐based selling, preferably using the Challenger Sales methodology.
- Experience with SaaS and subscription‐based models, focusing on sales and renewals.
- Track record engaging with C‐level executives and leading complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Understanding of manufacturing digitalisation technologies such as Industrial AI, IoT, Cybersecurity, Digital Twin, and Software‐Defined Automation.
- Passion for continuous growth.
- Experience with consultancy partner firms at C‐suite level.
- Respect and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
