The team is involved not only in building new capabilities but also in retrofitting existing systems with intelligent components, bringing innovation to already deployed equipment. RESPONSIBILITIE Define and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions across domains (mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, AMRs) Design scalable, reusable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystem Lead end-to-end delivery: from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across the robotics team Evaluate, select,

and evolve technologies, tools, and platforms within the robotics stack Drive research in emerging robotics trends and translate insights into practical architectural decisions Architect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems Ensure integration of hardware and software, including sensors, actuators, real-time systems, and electromechanical components Oversee simulation and validation using tools such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, cloud, embedded, product) to align technical solutions with business goals Engage with clients through workshops, technical discussions, and architecture presentations (pre-sales and delivery) REQUIREMENT Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field Proven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution design Expert proficiency in C++ and
