Main Purpose of the RoleWithin the Process Excellence Center, in the GRDQ team,



we are looking for a new colleague who will reporting to the Process Excellence Director.
The new resource will be responsible for deploying the creative strategies to create a work environment that utilizes updated and innovative technology, processes, and operations.
Focus of the activity are processes set up and relevant equipment to achieve the excellence in the industry.
What you will do
- Process innovation: Implement various creative techniques and processes to increase a company's efficiency and productivity. By doing so, enhancing the company's competitiveness within its industry;
- Create Innovative Goals: Create a list of goals that encourage innovative thinking and strategies throughout the organization;
- Identify Areas of Improvement: Observe standard processes and operations within the company to identify areas that could benefit from innovation. This allows to plan creative solutions and opportu
