Your Role and Responsibilities
The Data Analytics & Business Applications Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions, digital applications, and automated workflows that support business operations and decision-making.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring solutions while maintaining and continuously improving business data repositories and reporting ecosystems.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining internal business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, .NET, and React technologies.
- Automating data collection, consolidation,



and reporting processes and identifying opportunities for digitalization and operational efficiency improvements.
- Acting as business owner for digital applications by gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Leading and coordinating application development, executing functional and UAT testing, and exploring AI-assisted development, Generative AI tools, and modern software practices to accelerating innovation and solution delivery.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, digitalization projects, or business application development.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools. Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and da
