In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process.
- Serve as a technical contact for channel partners, assisting with technical requests and pre‐sales support.
- Support the Sales and Inside Sales teams by drafting and reviewing RFP responses to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.




- Develop deep knowledge of Nozomi Networks' products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- Fluency in English and Italian are required.
- Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of network technologies and information security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
- A customer‐focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
