Partner with the bestAs Outages Sales & Operations Manager you will be a key agent in improving processes, tools and data quality aiming to achieve a better demand forecasting. The role will involve collaborating closely with various teams across the organization, from Regions to Process & Tools, and periodically reporting strategic KPI to GTS leadership.
In this role, you will be responsible for:




- Monthly GTS CSA High Calories events KPI reporting into IET Bowler and GTS leadership team
- Leading and controlling monthly My Outage data: quality KPI measurement and reporting to regional teams
- Supporting regional team on business analysis related to outage trends both for short‐term and long‐term planning – providing outage data for CSA, MMP and TX to support quarterly OTR business review preparation
- Continuous improvement of demand gathering process and tools from a functional point, including but not limited to My Outage improvement, dashboard improvement and development
- Functional support on monthly aeroderivative demand gathering and quarterly heavy‐duty demand gathering processes
- Building and maintaining a trustful relationship with regional and HQ teams to facilitate processes and communication
