Your role:
As a Business Developer – Machine Builder Industries, you will be part of the Digital Industries organization, contributing to the growth and development of a selected Machine Builder market segment through business development, market intelligence, customer engagement and focused market development activities. The assigned focus area may include Packaging, Printing, Converting or Emerging Business segments, depending on business priorities and candidate experience.
Your day-to-day activities will include supporting strategic customers and identifying new business opportunities,
promoting Siemens’ automation and digitalization portfolio, and close collaboration with sales teams, technical experts, solution architects, marketing functions and headquarters to support sustainable business growth and stronger market positioning within the Machine Builder ecosystem.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Collaborating with sales teams to define priorities, customer development plans and market actions.
- Building a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, industry trends and competitive positioning.
- Promoting the Siemens portfolio across Automation, Drives, Motion Control, Industrial Software, AI and Digitalization technologies.
- Improving market transparency through customer intelligence, CRM utilization and data-driven business analysis.
- Working closely with technical experts and solution architects to develop compelling customer value propositions.
