* Support the Engineering team in the design, development, purchase, installation, commissioning, start-up, operation, maintenance and improvement of machinery, support systems, building and infrastructure * Contribute to developing technical solutions, under the guidance of senior engineers, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, production and ergonomics requirements * Contribute to operational improvement and continuous improvement activities across the site. * Support preliminary design meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the definition of technical specifications. * Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates and expense tracking, ensuring alignment with approved spending limits. * Support the preparation of CAAPs in accordance with best practice procedures. * Follow up with suppliers and support the coordination of internal and external stakeholders during project execution. * Support the execution and documentation of FAT and SAT activities, checking equipment performance against agreed requirements.
* Assist in the coordination with inspection bodies and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards. * Support the planning and coordination of training activities for factory users and maintenance teams. * Monitor the ramp-up of new installations and support troubleshooting activities until target performance is achieved. * Participate in the optimization of existing equipment and contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial sites. * Develop effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors and internal teams. * Work in close collaboration with the Factory, Purchasing, Marketing, Copacking, Packaging, R&D;, Finance, HR, HSE, Supply Chain and other relevant functions. CANDIDATE PROFILE * Higher education in the field of engineering: mechanical, chemical, industrial or process engineering * Preferably with few years' experience in engineering, project engineering
