Essential Requirements * Fluent in Italian and English * Proven experience managing and leading teams, preferably in the hospitality industry * Strong leadership, organizational and decision‐making skills * Responsible, proactive, with the authority and confidence to coordinate and manage staff effectively We Offer * Salary: €2,200 net per month (depending on experience) * Position based at our hotel on Lake Como, Italy * Seasonal employment (March-October) with a possibility for employment during the winter period depending on hotel occupancy #J-18808-Ljbffr
