Responsibilities * Support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual commercial targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support sales activities, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement * Collaborate with the technical team to assist in organizing product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and end customers * Maintain regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and support ongoing business opportunities * Collect and report information on market trends, competitor activities, dealer performance, and customer feedback to support commercial decisions Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering,
