NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) seeks a Lodging Program Manager for NHG facilities in Italy. This senior role oversees a DoD lodging operation, budgeting, procurement, and compliance with safety standards to deliver guest services at or above NHG guidelines.
You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, optimize room inventory with PMS (PMS CORE-HMS), forecast revenues and expenses, and partner with HQ to implement the installation business plan.
