Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the Options Engineering team and evolve our Rust‐native systematic options trading platform. You will drive architecture, reliability, and delivery while partnering with traders, quants, risk, product and infra teams.
The role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in systematic options trading, and hands‐on proficiency with Rust, C++, and distributed systems. Candidates across European or US East time zones are welcome to apply.
