In this Field Service Engineer role at Cytiva, you will install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites. You will represent Cytiva to clients, plan on-site service activities, manage stock and work orders, and participate in sales opportunities and revenue programs. The role is Italy-based (remote), with substantial travel to customer sites, and supports Cytiva's mission to advance future therapies from discovery to delivery. You will work within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team to deliver impactful, life-science solutions.

Install and qualify equipment at customer sites
Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
Repair equipment and address service issues




Promote service contracts and identify opportunities to expand revenue
Represent the company to clients and maintain professional relationships
Plan and execute service activities at customer sites
Manage own stock and work orders
Participate in sales opportunities and support revenue programs
Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Very good mechanical and electrical skills, troubleshooting experience
Willingness to travel approximately 70% (onsite visits and overnights)#J-18808-Ljbffr
