The Opportunity
As an IT Vendor Performance & PMO Analyst ,
you will play a key role in supporting the governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT service providers and internal partners that contribute to Digital Service Operations (DSO).
You will work closely with IT leaders, Procurement, project teams, and strategic partners to ensure service delivery meets business expectations, contractual commitments, and operational standards. In addition, you will support Project Management Office (PMO) activities, helping coordinate initiatives, monitor progress, and contribute to successful project execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to develop expertise in IT Vendor Management, Service Governance, PMO practices, and Digital Operations within a global healthcare organization.
