Join Chaumet, a storied Parisian jeweler within the LVMH Group, radiating from Place Vendôme since 1780. In this dynamic and challenging growth context, we are looking for a Sales Advisor (M/F) for a permanent contract, who will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Maison in Rome. Bring the Chaumet experience to life by welcoming clients in line with the principles of the Maison's ceremony
2/ Contribute to the commercial development of the boutique
Achieve individual and collective commercial objectives contributing to the boutique's commercial success
Actively participate in the development of the client database by creating, consulting and updating client files
Work on building customer loyalty with targeted actions in line with the various events and activations organized by the Company
3/ Contribute to the smooth running and daily life of the boutique:
Participate in regular briefs and actively exchange with colleagues regarding key news for the life of the boutique
Acquire the basics of stock, Visual Merchandising, CRM,
training and after-sales service in the Chaumet way to be able to support the boutique in all these areas
Receive after-sales service clients and manage basic requests
2-4 years of experience in a sales role in the luxury goods and jewellery sector
- Commercial spirit, a taste for challenge and a passion for Retail
- Cultural awareness, storytelling skills, excellent written and oral expression
- Fluency in Italian, English a rare language is a plus
