We're looking for the next generation of high‐performing, post‐graduate people to take our company forward. The Grow@Hilti Program is a development program with real responsibility from day one. What You'll Do * 18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You'll gain hands‐on experience and deep insight into our customers, products, services, and software. * 9 months in one of the following roles: o Solution Consultant trainee – you'll support sales forces by training them on a consultative approach and lead the development of new software solutions in Asset and Services Management. o Implementation and Care trainee – you'll support Account Managers in implementation and after‐sales care of our Tool Services solutions, and discover how a marketing department operates in a multinational, multicultural environment. o Product Manager trainee – you'll support a Product Line in marketing, participate in strategy development,
manage the product portfolio through its lifecycle, and perform regular reporting. * 3 months on a regional strategic project within Strategic Marketing or the Channels Department, giving you an international perspective of our company. What You'll Bring * Hold a master's degree. * Fluent in English and Italian. * Spending a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment. * Flexible team player with good communication and social skills, capable of inspiring others. * Mobile and ready to move to another city to start your career. * Hold a driving licence (at least one year).
