USA OPPORTUNITIES – TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER
Location: ON-SITE New York City Metro Area, USA
We are looking for a proactive Program Manager to support the coordination and execution of programs in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, managing customer communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Coordinate program activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Support product and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical or scheduling issues.
- Assist with risk identification, reporting, forecasting, and change management activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in program or project management within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similar industries.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of project execution, risk management, and operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management tools are a plus.
- PMP certification is considered a plus.
